feat: add full experience history, homelab background, and resume download
- All 4 positions: Pluto Health, HCL Tech, Cal OES, Palisades Tahoe - Homelab story since 2010 (secondhand hardware → enterprise servers → mini PCs + NAS) - Resume PDF download button with Google Analytics tracking
